The Arts and Letters Committee is devoted to expanding the appreciation and recognition of visual and performing arts, music, and literature.

Arts and Letters has sponsored the following activities to stimulate the Philadelphia community’s interest in the Arts:

• Delta Authors on Tour
• Poetry contest for Philadelphia elementary school students
• Annual Poetry Café
• Annual May Week Programs
• Support of local theatre arts
• Book release party for a local author
• Quaker City Alumnae Chapter Book Club
